Feature Friday: IT IS FOOTBALL TIME!!

I never get sad at the end of the summer season because when summer ends that means FOOTBALL SEASON is beginning! I love football season. In this house our blood runs red for NC State Wolfpack! We are not fortunate folks who have football season tickets but that does not mean I don't get just as excited. I love the team spirit, the music/marching band, the anticipation, the rivalries, the game, the fuss, really I love everything!! I also love the crafts you can make to show your love for your team.

Michele from The Scrap Shoppe made this Football Inspired Necklace for her mother! She is a HUGE Tennessee fan. Love it!! I would love one is red, white and black!!

Our home is not without a few items to show our love for NC State. Last year, I made this for my daughter and sold a few. She will be wearing this on Sunday to church :)




Then I have to add this well loved chair I painted back in 2002! I love this chair (although it now sits in my garage) It is a back-up chair for over flow seating needs or we make my brother-in-law sit in it when he comes over for dinner because he is a UNC Tar heel Fan (because I am nice like that).
