Have you ever heard that saying? If you haven't, that is pretty much my theory for accepting people's stuff. Especially from my in-laws. It is sometimes very beneficial that have in-laws that purge all of the time!! (Living in a beach condo with limited storage makes you that way!) I am lucky enough to benefit from that.
Why am I telling you this? Because with a little bit of hoarding, reinventing, and love, I made this for my daughter this weekend.
Outdoor wicker side table, wicker mirror (securely in place) and purple jewelry box all from my in-laws. Then the white wicker lights I got from Target years ago (75% off) that I have only used once until now. The chair was apart of a child's table and chair set that was getting a little too small.
This was this side of the room before... (Kinda boring)
This beautiful bow organizer was made by her Aunt Lauren. I didn't realize how many bows we had until I tried to put them all on here.
I decided to make her another bow holder I found from Mommyto2. This frame was from my in-laws (I've had it for about 3 years), and the ribbon and material stuff I had in my craft boxes.
This new addition/ reinvention of furniture cost me $0, and normally that would send me over the moon, but that is not what is making me happy. I am thrilled to do something so special for my Fancy Little Girl and that she loves it!!
Helping make my little girl dream!!
Today I am participating in Reinvented. Her slogan really fits the bill this time!!
